Strategic tech support for business owners who want a trusted partner behind their systems.

I use my ANGEL Approach™ to guide the work we do together. It’s a flexible framework that helps ensure your systems are thoughtful, sustainable, and aligned with how you actually want to run your business.
We start by assessing where you are now.
This includes your goals, your current tools, how your business operates day-to-day, and what is currently working - or not working - behind the scenes. Understanding your current set-up will inform decisions about what to keep, what to lose and what to add.
Next we explore and navigate your options.
I provide impartial advice about systems, tools, and approaches that could support your business. This may include different platforms and tools - including my own platform Donato if it is genuinely a good fit. The aim is to help you make confident, informed decisions about your tech.
Together we create a clear but flexible game plan.
This outlines how your systems will work, how they connect together, and how they will support your business going forward. The plan is designed to work for where you are now, while leaving room for things to grow and evolve over time.
Once we have devised our game plan, I will support and enable implementation of the plan in the way that works best for you and your business.
This may be:
→ done for you
→ done with you
→ guided so you can implement it yourself
or even a combination of the above.
The goal is always systems that continue to support your work long-term.
You may want ongoing partnership as your business grows, occasional support when new projects arise, or simply the confidence to manage things independently once everything is in place.
The level of support can evolve as your business evolves.
I remain your strategic tech partner throughout the process, designing and overseeing the systems that support your work.
Depending on the project, implementation may be carried out by me or by a trusted member of my team working under my guidance. This allows work to move forward efficiently while ensuring everything remains aligned with the strategy we’ve created together.
you have a collection of tools or systems that don’t quite feel joined up
you’re spending more time than you’d like managing the tech side of your business
you have ideas for how things could work, but you’re not sure how to implement them
you want systems that support your work without overcomplicating things and without costing a fortune
you’d like a trusted person to guide decisions and take the pressure off

Tech Partner Support can be arranged in two ways depending on the type of support you need:
Best for businesses who want ongoing support and strategic guidance.
A retainer gives you dedicated tech support each month, allowing us to work proactively on improving your systems and supporting new projects as they arise.
This works well if:
your business is actively growing
you regularly launch new offers or projects
you want consistent support managing your systems
Retainers provide continuity and allow us to take a longer-term approach to your systems and workflows.
Best for specific projects or occasional support.
Ad-hoc support allows you to book hours when you need them for a particular project or piece of work.
This might include:
implementing a new system
improving an existing workflow
preparing systems for a launch
troubleshooting or upgrading parts of your setup
Ad-hoc support gives you flexibility while still benefiting from strategic guidance.
Working together in an ad-hoc basis initially is also a great way to try out working together with a view to potentially moving to a retainer going forward.
Tech Partner Support works particularly well for:
creatives and makers who want to start selling their work online
coaches, consultants and educators who want to grow their audience
small business owners who want to sell their services, products, courses or memberships online
any small business owner who wants thoughtful support rather than quick tech fixes
Clients often tell me that having a Tech Partner means they can finally stop second-guessing their tech decisions.
Instead of trying to piece things together alone, you have someone to:
talk things through with
sense-check ideas before implementing them
guide you through options without overwhelm
make sure everything works together behind the scenes
The aim is not just to “set things up”, but to create systems that feel clear, manageable, and supportive of the way you work.
Tech Partner support can include things like:
setting up websites, online shops, or calendar booking systems
creating simple automations that save you time
connecting the tools and platforms your business relies on
setting up funnels, email marketing, or course platform / membership areas
migrating systems or setting up new systems from scratch
implementing ongoing improvements
Operational or business management
Team management or delegation
Launch management or KPI ownership
Taking over responsibility for your business
The aim isn’t to add more technology.
It’s to create simple, thoughtful systems that genuinely support the way you work.
If you’re unsure whether Tech Partner Support is the best fit, you might prefer one of the lighter support options:
Tech Angel in Your Pocket - quick messaging support for tech questions (for the DIYer who just needs a little help from time to time!)
Tech Angel Co-Working - guided time to implement systems together (for the DIYer who wants to have a Tech Angel to hand while working on their tech projects)
Tech Angel 1:1 Support Sessions - focused help solving a specific problem (for the more in depth issues we can't solve via messaging or co-working) or for 1:1 training
If you’d like to explore whether Tech Partner Support could work for you, you’re very welcome to book a call.
We can look at what you’re working on, talk through your current setup, and decide together what kind of support would make the most sense.
There’s no pressure to decide anything during the call.

Before booking your hours, I recommend you book a free call first to ensure we are a good fit and to discuss your project and to ensure we have capacity.
Please note that from 6th April 2026 our hourly rate will be £42.
