It’s also ideal if we’ve worked together before and you want lighter-touch support as you continue independently
Quick help when tech questions pop up.
Ask questions anytime via WhatsApp message (or your preferred method) or email.
I respond asap and certainly within 48 hours (often sooner).
Choose a monthly support plan: Light (£15), Standard (£28), or Plus (£55).
Support time rolls over for up to 3 months while your subscription remains active. (Standard or Plus only)
If you cancel, any remaining time can be used for up to 30 days afterwards.
You can pause your subscription for one month at a time (up to three consecutive months) and use any rolled-over support during that pause.
If a question needs deeper troubleshooting or step-by-step help, we can move it to a 1:1 session (additional charges for 1:1 session will apply).

Each plan includes a set amount of support time. Behind the scenes I track the time spent answering questions so things stay fair for everyone.

I am a very experienced Tech VA and love helping people! I don't promise to know all the answers but I will do my best to help you.

Anything goes! If it is to to do with the Tech you use for your business then feel free to ask.
You can ask about a specific issue you are having - e.g. something not working properly - or ask about hypothetical things, such as "I would like to do xyz, what is the best way to do this?"
If something turns out to need more investigation or hands-on troubleshooting, we can work through it together on a 1:1 support call. I offer these to Tech Angel in My Pocket clients at £84/hour pro-rata, so I’d only charge for the time we actually use (e.g. 15 mins £21, 30 mins £42, 45 mins £63, 60 mins £84).
For Standard and Plus plans, unused support time may roll over for up to 3 months, provided your subscription remains active (rollover does not apply to the Light plan).
Rollover is capped as follows:
Standard plan → up to 30 minutes may roll over
Plus plan → up to 60 minutes may roll over
This is designed to provide flexibility if your support needs vary from month to month, while keeping usage fair and sustainable.
Unused rollover time beyond 3 months will expire.
Depending on your plan, unused support time may be rolled over (see above FAQ) - but then if still not used, it expires.
I’ll check in with you if you’re not using the service much.
This service is meant to be helpful, not something you feel obliged to pay for. If it looks like you’re not using your time, I’ll occasionally check in to make sure the subscription still makes sense for you. If you are happy to keep it active for the peace of mind of knowing I am on hand, then great - but you also can pause or cancel the subscription if that makes more sense.
You can cancel at any time - there is no tie-in.
When a subscription ends, any remaining support time (including rollover) can be used within 30 days of the subscription end date, after which it expires.
Yes, you can pause your subscription for one month at a time, for up to three consecutive months in total.
During the pause you may still use any support time that has rolled over. After the pause period ends, the subscription will restart automatically.
